About Rob's Ba Fang Tong Bei Page
This page is to show my appreciation for and love of Chinese Martial Arts. I've being studying Zhong Hua Si Mian Ba Fang Tong Bei Quan (The Fist From the Back in Every Direction) for about 5 years in Cardiff, but had studied other CMA systems for 5 years before moving to Wales. I love all good martial arts and fighting systems from all over the world. Karate, Sambo, Aikido, MMA, Jujitsu, Kali, Krav Maga (sorry if I've missed you out)... I love it all! ZHSMBFTBQ is still essentially still a closed door system but when my teacher moved back to Wales from China he was given permission to crack the door open slightly if you will, hence me being allowed to post these videos. "Promotion of the fist" is my aim, and I'm always glad to get constructive comments about anything I post, or answer any questions I can.
