Prior to starting her own human resource consulting practice (Human Resource Solutions) in 1997, Ms. Matuson worked as HR Director for a transportation company, and a financial consulting firm as well as a commercial real estate company. She was also part of a management team that took one of her employers through a public offering.

Roberta is an expert at creating intergenerational harmony at work. She's President of Human Resource Solutions, a firm that provides consulting and training to resolve intergenerational conflicts and help companies capitalize on the unique generational perspectives of their workforce.

Roberta's insights on intergenerational workplace issues have been featured on CBS's The Early Show. She has also appeared on FOX's The O'Reilly Factor, Fox Business News and has been quoted in The New York Times, Boston Globe, and many other national business publications. She is currently an HR Expert for BostonWorks, a division of the Boston Globe. She has served as the HR Careers Expert for Monster.com, and is a former weekly columnist for The Record (British Columbia) and The Valley Business Outlook.
