Thats funny, as pull ups have next to nothing to do with "shooting in the bow" Its your left arm that should be stronger now, as its job is to brace for the draw, your right arm is for the shoulder roll.

No not so, its from england. The welsh had them but not in the numbers of the english. its a common miss-conception that long bows and war bows are welsh. good vid tho and some great archers kits on show.
