Do what you can to make sure people are aware of who this clown is, and how he does business. You've learned your lesson about doing business with friends, now teach him one about how not to treat clients. I honestly don't know if it'd be worth the time/effort to get the law involved.

@patdavidmusic I completely understand the -nothing gets a 10 out of 10 rating- policy, and I completely agree. Nothing is perfect, and I'd never expect a $350 guitar to be anywhere near it, (but I secretly hope it is). Thanks again for the review.

@MizzyPing They should have a scarf joint, and the neck (of the original prototype) was a 3 piece Maple, Bubinga, Maple, if I remember correctly. The Bubinga stripe in the neck stops at the scarf joint. since the factory was supposed to reverse engineer the original prototype they should be made ...
