Since I am not trained as a jazz player and came to jazz within the last several years, it means a lot that someone who has the knowledge of the style and the instrument would give positive input. I almost bought an X700 but came up a couple hundred dollars short and a couple days late. By the time I got the cash together, it was gone. I'll bet yours is sweet!

	curlymaple2468 (1 year ago) Dr. Metzger, I enjoy your playing. I was also surprised to see another person playing Gretsch guitars in a jazz context. I used to own a Guild Artist Award as well, but had to sell it when I went back to school. So, I now play an Andersen archtop that was kind of a replacement for the Guild and a Gretsch 6122-1959 for rooms that require a little more volume. Best wishes to you and I will check back on your channel!
