I just got onto You Tube recently and am using it, essentially, to look for folk music performers. The videos I have stored are pretty indicative of my tastes (although I have my share of guilty pleasures as well.) I am an unpublished writer with a closetful of stories that will make me famous when I die, so keep an eye out in the upcoming years (hopefully many.)
