Great point! I am a follower of Christ, and I too have walked this path of loving your "enemies"... but have also seen way too many who call themselves christians not doing this, and being totally blind to the fact. Thanks!

Also, does one have to put the salt in it in order for it to ferment, or would the kefir or raw milk yogurt suffice? If the salt is not needed to ferment the potatoes, I think I'd like to add a bit of salt after I put the potatoes on my plate. Just wondering. Thanks!
