what is the after effect used to get this look. I know about HDR time lapse, but the smoothening and the effect that in some shots make the video look like its CGI.
If you would tell me how its called i'd be gratefull

What u do u open up the webcam and only remove the UV filter, add yourself a set of ir leds and you have a webcam that does nightshots aswell or with some camera's even better that what you showed us. (depends on the donor (web)cam)
