He also possesses Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Banking and Insurance from the Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, London. Riyazi was the youngest Sri Lankan managed to bring the countrys Islamic Banking and Finance industry to international level, where his article comprised with the latest facts and figures of Sri Lankas Islamic Banking and Finance industry, published in the leading periodicals which have circulation around the world and he also contributed to other international periodicals. More significantly, He was the only Sri Lankan to take part in the inaugural Global Islamic Finance intelligence Summit 2007 held in London was organised by the Financial Times. As he always aspires to be in the business consultancy industry, Riyazi had undergone world class training and development with leading consultancy companies such as The Mersey Partnership and Leathwaite in the UK.
