UPDATE 2-23-12 Sorry it's been so long since I last updated. Amiee and the children have moved home to Michigan due to her fear of retaliation from various Kentucky officials and ongoing harassment. Her motion for in forma pauperis has been granted in the Kentucky Court of Appeals. This means that due to her poverty, she can proceed with her MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION her EMERGENCY MOTION FOR IMMEDIATE RELIEF her SECOND WRIT and HER MOTION TO CORRECT CAPTION without fee's and costs. The assistant attorney general of Commonwealth of Kentucky has now made himself a party by representing the 2nd Judge in her divorce case and the Circuit Court Clerk in her COA pleadings.

I was a social worker in this area for two years. I know for a fact that the government is corrupt to it's core and so is the "system" of social workers in the ky/tn area. People need to wake up and get educated although it is probably already too late.

I am so glad the children are home. Foster care is unsafe care! How in this world the states continue to violate parental rights is beyond my scope of comprehension. I know children who are terrified to return to school because caseworkers interfere and remove them from class to question the kids. The kids are terrified and no one cares, except their parents.

UPDATE 12/16/11 Just to make things clear, the kids have been returned but there are still issues to resolve. This is not just a "domestic" or "civil" issue. This is about government officials taking children from parents without cause. In this case we were able to expose it, but everyday in this country it happens to good parents who don't know how or can't afford to fight back. hello, imagine that there are ppl like me, who lost my son and to complete their mission they took care i came without any money (3 years my family and friends support me a bit for the neccesary to survive life) and lost even my home etc. Still i fight for myself and my son and actually also for others, but unfortunately i cannot support you financially and i advise you to ask your neigbours, friends and family to do that.
