PROJECT 2: VINOGRADOV-SCHUBERT
20 uploads now completed: Schumann's Die schöne Müllerin song cycle, sung by Georgy Vinogradov in ca.1951. When the 20 songs are all put together, the songs make a sweet and tragic love story. PROJECT 3: LONDON 1963
Gradually uploading digitalised recordings of the live Alexandrov Ensemble 1963 concert at the Albert Hall, London. These are superbly clear recordings; far better sound quality in my opinion than some of the 1963 Abbey Road studio recordings. It will take me a while to do this, but again, worth it. PROJECT 4: VINOGRADOV-SCHUMANN
16 uploads now completed: Schumann's Dichterliebe song cycle, sung by Vinogradov. These follow a fairytale about a knight. As with the Schubert set, the films are my own artwork. (Click on "Playlists" at the top to see complete Vinogradov-Schumann playlist).
