RITACOS GAME II IS COMING!
I have already concluded the development of my new game: Ritacos Game II. Soon many video-examples will be published here on this channel.
The new game is not related to the Ritacos Game, available on 28 Playings, although the new game also involves mathematics. I cannot talking more about it. Please wait the videos to be published, while I am making them.
I passed one year playing the Ritacos Game II against myself, looking for bugs and making corrections. Now it's just waiting to be shown to World. I am sure you will enjoy playing it.
Hugs,
Ritacos, on August 10th, 2011.

to support victims of the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami.
On March 11, an earthquake struck Japan near the city of Sendai, which caused damage and generated a powerful tsunami which struck northern Japan and spread across the Pacific. Your $10 gift to the American Red Cross will support disaster relief efforts to help those affected by the earthquake in Japan and tsunami throughout the Pacific.

RITACOS GAMES
Here you will find the result of my researching in the Ritacos Games Space. In this space exists a family of square matrices of order n. The Ritacos Games are an application in this space, for n equal or greater than 3. This is a new branch of Mathematics.

RITACOS GAME SPACE
Let n be the order of the square matrix. If n is greater than 3 we can form complex geometric figures. Here we are showing examples when n=5 (matrix 5x5). Later we will make n vary to different values (matrix 4x4, 6x6,7x7, etc).
Of course in the Ritacos Game Space the positions where the players can play can be represented by the elements of the square matrix, as A11, A12, A13, A14, A15..., A21, A22, A23, A24, A25...Ann, where n is the order of the matrix.
THANKS
Specially I would like to thank Mr. Ulm Rehmann, professor of the Mathematics Department of the University of Bielefeld - Germany, for publishing the Ritacos Game in the DML - Digital Mathematics Library. Find more details and links in "more info" of the video Ritacos Game - Channel Icon.

This is the game I developed to be played by one or more persons. You can use only a leaf of paper or your computer. I use the Paint program (component of the Windows) to play, as you can see in this video. _________________________________________ It's easy to play! You have just to image geometric figures, like square, triangle, hexagon, octagon and so one. Mark your playing and show the way you walk to form the figure and hit your points. _________________________________________ The main figures are formed by the following operations (rules for matrix 5x5): a) 3 - Three points in line; b) 4 - Four points in line or in square cell; c) 5 - Five points in line; d) 6 - Six points in two adjacent cells (rectangle) or in triangle or hexagon; e) 8 - Eight points in square cells, triangle or octagon; f) 9 - Nine points in triangle; g) 10 - Ten point in four adjacente cells; h) 12 - Twelve points in triangle. _________________________________________ Notes: i) Line can be straight or in diagonal; ii) The game is always beginning in the center of the area (each player begin one time, alternately); iii) In case of tie, win the player that has more double (or triple) points. A double point is getting when the player has two possibilies to hit the same point with only one point in common. Example, four in line and four in square cell (double four). In this case, the player can mark the number with (2). Your points then is 4(2), four-double or double four (you say this word to advise you hit this points). If you hit three 3 times you mark 4(3), four-triple or triple four. In advanced modality, you count, this example, 4(2) as 4x2=8 and 4(3) as 4x3=12, adding this results to your score. You can aply this rule if tie continue in simple modality (when double and trible number are not adding to your score). If the tie continue, the complexity of the formed figures is considered. So six in hexagon wins six in square, for example. If the tie still continue the players start the game again. iv) Each player begins the game one time, alternately, because we have 25 positions of playing for two players (matrix 5x5). One player plays 12 times and the other 13 times. Alternating the beginning player this little advantage disappears (suppose a pair number of playing). _________________________________________ Please comment, rate and make favorite. Post video response, with your own score. It's easy! Use the Paint program of Windows. To capture the screen use programs as Super Screen Recorder or another one. What are you waiting? Make your own video and post it as response, with your own score! _________________________________________ If you plan to make a program with this game (Company), or have any question or doubt, please contact me: ritacos@bol.com.br _________________________________________ SPECIAL THANKS My sincere thanks to the Brazilian Newspaper Jornal da Paraíba, that published news about the Ritacos Game on March 16, 2008 edition. Special thanks to the journalist Marina Magalhães, who signed the news. I also want to thank the newspaper O NORTE and the great journalist Alex Lacerda, who signed the news "Paraibano faz sucesso no Youtube" (Paraibian makes success in Youtube), published in the edition of the day 28 September, 2008, Sunday. I also would like to thank the journalist Isabela Alencar for writing the news "Jogo é exposto em livraria alemã" (Game is displayed in German library), publicized by the newspaper Diário da Borborema (Sunday, May 31, 2009). The newspapers O NORTE, Diário da Borborema and JORNAL DA PARAÍBA are among the best from Brazilian Northeast. _________________________________________ All Rights Reserved.
