HGV 1975 - 1977.. Now 2009!!! HGV are now unfortunately just Dave Smith (guitar) and Mal Fuller (Bass), but never mind. This is taken from the soon to not be released DVD 'Live in Dave's Kitchen 2009', a sister album to the infamous 'Live in Mal's Bedroom 1977'. This was recorded August 2009 in London. Just plug in, turn on, and see what happens. It was a 30 year reunion gig (roughly) and was as if the past 30 year break hadn't happened. HGV are jamming to a riff that took Dave literally seconds to write. This gig saw one of HGV's biggest ever audience turn-outs of their career, and you can see him standing Doomingly motionless between Dave and Mal. The track is called March or Die like a One-Armed Retarded Monkey but I stress that's a working title. Doom on. (less info)
