My name is Chris. In may 2011 I weighed 132 pounds and decided it was time to start working out. From June until the end of September I did body weight workouts and in October I started lifting weights. I am taking the month of January off and will be starting to bulk and workout again in February. My next goal is to weigh 180-185 by May this year. If I stick to my workout and diet I think I will come fairly close to my goal if not achieve it. We will see how it goes. Subscribe for Nutrition and Workout tips.
