They go on parole to commit crimes again. Why is there such thing as parole??? Wwhy do these criminals never learn to live a good life??? Are they really born evil???

Most criminal who commit heinous crimes are not first time offenders. As soon as they are paroled, they get back to their evil deeds and even become even worst than an animal. Makes one think who really deserves a second chance to be a part of a society
