rimstar.org is all about preserving our technological civilization... and not by putting all our eggs in one basket.

That's why there are videos on renewable energy topics, non-conventional fringe science energy production, space (gotta have a backup), teaching basic science, ... Since I take a hands-on approach to this goal, I also post videos of stuff I've done along the way (e.g. the electroscope is a tool I made and use in the high voltage side of my non-conventional explorations.)

I hope you find these videos useful and even inspiring... maybe encourage you to get your hands dirty too.

"Very cool! You did a nice looking job of it too. Did you use corrugated cardboard for the structure? How did you attach the pieces together?"

@billbradleysr Good to hear I'm not alone in doing this stuff. Would have been nice to see a video of yours though. You never know what ideas it'd spark.

Very clever design. I also have played with somewhat simaler devices but yours is much better.

Great mate, look forward to it, there is much to me learnt from electrostatics
RimstarOrg (2 months ago)
@TheKultus Thanks for the feedback. I'll see what I can come up with. Electrostatics is definitely an interest of mine for the same reasons since it's usually ignored in favor of it's cousin, electromagnetics. Who knows what we may find.

Thanks mate, was very interested in your Vid's esp those on static electricity I would be very interested to see a lot more on this topic for my studies in the works of Nikola Tesla and the other free energy devices I am working on.

Yo how's it going over here? Ottawa FTW, hope you get a chance to swing by and we can get to know one an other. Cheers Josh aka phexid :D

Thanks John. Two collector Enerworks systems are typically in series like this, though I once helped with an Enerworks four collector system that had two series strings in parallel.
