@MrCognee Battlefield action is way more intense! I would recommend COD to players who have ADD, have never played a team sport, or are a noob to FPS. The one thing COD has going for it is that it is far more noob friendly.

quickscoping isn't an issue in bfbc2 because of bullet drop, leading targets. and the fact that it is 2 body shots at range.
I think they nailed sniping right on the head in bfbc2. The only thing that would be nice is if the different bolt actions weren't just reskins with different reload times.

The controls aren't clunky at all in BFBC2 for consoles. There is a simulated "weight" to the characters that just takes getting used to. People just complained because the controls felt different from COD

Just like the shotgun, you need to learn the effective range and proper areas on the map to encounter enemies for it to be effective though.
