What is your workout routine?? My biggest problem with working out back in the day was my perm...just like you said and it goes with a perm it is not point if you are going to sweat it out!! Now that i am going natural that is no longer an issue. So what is your workout routine??

@twindial yea they can but if you waited until your braids loosen it might be ok...but i def understand where you are coming from with that b/c braids are heavy and fresh braids are harder to manipulate
