HOW DO I MAKE MY VIDEOS?
I record my Dance Central videos with a Canon PowerShot camera and a Flip MinoHD. Then I assemble and sync the clips in Adobe Premiere Pro. I'm also happy to report that my videos are now playing in HD!
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU PUT INTO LEARNING THE MOVES?
I start off with doing the song cold on Easy to get the feel for the routine's speed, rhythm and vibe. Then I go through Break It Down on Hard once (or twice if I feel I haven't gotten it quite right yet), then I go through Perform It until I get the timing of the transitions down before I start the cameras rolling. The videos are often taped the same night I learn the dance, but the really difficult tracks are sometimes spread out over two practice sessions.

CAN YOU POST INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO SPLIT-SCREEN / RECORD VIDEO USING YOUR KINECT SENSOR?
No and no, sorry. The former is largely dependent on the editing software you use and creating a detailed tutorial is sadly too time-consuming to do on my current work schedule. The latter isn't currently possible as far as I'm aware.
