@captainshane100 I always found that pitching a weightless finess worm around the walls works great in that spot. When I used to fish the bank over there I would cast across the canal on to the wall or bank and let my bait drop it. The bass just smash it!

To make it more challenging put your feet up on a stability ball. Then progress to balancing on one foot.

This is a great exercise. It targets your rear delts and upper back better than any weight training exercise. You also get a good core workout too boot.
