The Yamaha mixer pictured in both videos actually has a USB interface on board. You know if these types of mixers are any good? Have any experience with them? For convenience purposes, I like the idea of ruling out the separate audio interface completely. Let me know what you think! Thanks!

Dang and you aren't using any pedals huh? I'm shocked the Cube 60 has that good of distortion. What have I been missing? I've got the Boss GT-8 that uses the same COSM modelling system, but none of the high gain stuff sounds good at all.
