The earlier songs uploaded to this page were covers of acoustic masters and touch technique guitarists such as Stanley Jordan. I carry around a digital tape recorder and record sounds to use as percussive tracks in songs. Familiar sounds, like a spoon into oatmeal, a automobile horn, slamming of a door, the running of water, or two chicken thighs slapping together. The purpose is to create allusions of tangible sounds to the listener.
