Ricky Shore Sings the Blues (RSStB) is a comedy series about a guy named Alex who is mean to his fiance Marissa. Words are spoken, bones are broken, and each day starts fresh with the promise of happiness.

Lloyd Kaufman, president of Troma Films, called Alex and Marissa "wise young cynics.. er, idealists," and Glen Coburn, director of the cult classic Bloodsuckers from Outer Space, said RSStB is "better than most s*** on television."
