RICC ROLLINS is an award-winning talk show host, motivational speaker, lecturer, life coach, Pastor and proud father of two. A native of Tampa, FL, Ricc graduated from C. Leon King High School and matriculated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he majored in business with a minor in marketing and merchandising. He is the only child of Allie McEady Rollins and the late Jessie Rollins, Sr.

For ten years, Ricc would greet an audience on the set of his own weekly award winning, self-titled talk show, The Ric Rollins Show or FOX 13's UpFront with Ricc Rollins; on both he served as host and executive or supervisory producer. During his tenure, Ricc interviewed such luminaries as Patti LaBelle, Tavis Smilley, Yolanda King, Angela Bassett, Loretta Divine, Terry McMillian, Little Richard, Anthony Robbins, Al Gore, Ossie Davis, Jerry Springer, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Tommy Davidson and the list goes on and on.
In addition to his own shows, Ricc has also appeared on WFLA NBC-8's daily show, The Daytime Show in his own weekly segments as the show's "techspert"(product/tech specialist) and fashion expert. He has been a regular contributor on FOX 13's Your Turn and Lighting Round.
Additionally, Ricc has appeared on the nationally syndicated talk shows Geraldo, Donahue, The Jane Whitney Show and Channel One's The Kathy Fountain Show.
Ricc is also an award-winning photographer and best-selling author, to his credit are three published novels, Like Breathing, Breathe again and the recently released, Bated Breath, all a part of a series he has aptly titled, "the breathing chronicles." He is currently working the fourth installment, Breathless schedule release in 2011 along with his first non-fiction works, This Valley is for You and Private Pain in a Public Place.

His photography garnered him the inaugural 2007 Clik Award for Art after releasing his first pictorial essay, Phyne Art. Recently, he collaborated with Palm Beach County's HIV/AIDS task force contributing over 30 images to the anthology, Silence is Death: Unleashed Voices which is now in its second printing. His photography has graced the covers and pages of magazines nationally and internationally with his most recent work gracing the pages the UK's publication 3SIXTY as well as book covers for Ishai (Eeshy) Books, numerous CD projects and other noteworthy publications.

"All that I do is a part of greater calling for my life, I believe that ministry takes on many forms... each garners a new message to be shared, whether it's the pulpit, the printed word, a photograph or media...as long as the message is translated and lives are transformed... I'm doing what I was called to do... " Rollins shared most recently when being interviewed.
It was that calling that Ricc refers to, that found him delivering his first sermon at age 12, pastoring his first church at 23 and later founding his own church. For nine years, Rollins served as the Lead and founding Pastor of Breath of Life Fellowship Community Church (BOLFCC); a biblically based, Christ-centered intentionally inclusive, radically receptive and non-denominational ministry in the Tampa Bay area. His vision for BOLFCC was to facilitate a nurturing haven for the un-churched, those seeking a place of refuge and restoration from their former "church hurts" and a place of Christian fellowship that fosters spiritual and personal growth. In January of this year, BOLFCC and Prevailing Word Fellowship combined ministries and formed New Journey Fellowship, which he now co-pastors to better serve the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Pastor Rollins was recently honored to be an invited participant at The Convening of African American Faith Leaders a roundtable of select LGBT and inclusive clergy by the prestigious Pacifica School of Religion Center Lesbian and Gay Studies.

When not in the pulpit, Pastor Rollins can be found facilitating workshops, serving as a panelist or keynoting for various organizations as well as serving as guest lecturer for colleges and universities and organizations around the country.
This year he plans to "relaunches" his No Mo Shame tour; a multi-leveled workshop[/teaching preaching module combating the auspices of shame which he defines acronymically as "still hurting and marginally existing."
He also sits on the Board of Directors, Central Florida Black Pride, the Ujima Men's Collective and the Tampa Museum's Pride and Passion Gala, Equality Florida's and is a past board member for Francis House, a respite for people infected and affected by AIDS & HIV. He is also a member of The Fellowship, led by Bishop Yvette Flunder.
