Edited from a live broadcast I hosted on 08 June 2013. Learn how I start my tracks! About half this video focuses on layering snares and while I wanted to edit some of the "journey" to a good snare for the sake of having a shorter video, I think it's important to show the process of finding good sounds. This wasn't scripted so I apologize in advance for any repetitive and/or odd word choices, you know :)
My sample library was censored on purpose to encourage people to find their own. However, all samples and loops used in this video come from the Vengeance sound library, primarily:
Vengeance Essential Dubstep
Vengeance Essential Clubsounds
You *can* still figure out the exact samples and loops I use in other ways, but please, think before you outright copy them. Our scene is already full of producers using the same percussion and sounding the same. Let's all put serious effort into our artistry and promote originality!
