Ron Helman

Ron Helman has been working as a trainer and coach for over forty years. Hes also an amazing award winning musician, dancer, mime and gymnast. His background includes a faculty position at the Juilliard School Drama Department, Circle in the Square, and at his own studio, Rons C-57 in Carnegie Hall and the creator of Mileshigh Artists Management in New York City. He has worked with many celebrities including Sting, Al Pacino, Julianne Moore, Mr. Big of Sex and the City, Chris Noth, Desperate Housewives' Marcia Cross, plus numerous top models, actors, musicians, and business professionals whose livelihoods demand peak performance.
