This is where I share my creations, meet other musicians and delve into deep matters of the mind.
About Me:
My art can be found on art.com. allposters.com and at my art home page at www.artbyrhondawatson.com
Music has always been my passion. I've been very fortunate to have worked with many awesome Pittsburgh-based musicians like John Parrendo (Chris Cagle Band), Donna Groom (The Skyliners), Don Garvin,Mark Groom, John Fiore (my significant other)--how great is that?
I love writing music even though sometimes it's discouraging. Sometimes I think there might be enough songs in the world and, who really cares anyways? But then someone will leave a comment that tells me I'm touched them and that changes everything.
Thanks for the positive comments! They really mean a lot to me.
I have had fibromyalgia for 9 years and I was diagnosed with copd 2 years ago.
The fibro makes making music difficult. because it causes lack of coordination, memory problems, fatigue and pain. The copd, which has been pretty good lately, sometimes makes it hard for me to breathe. I am trying to cut down on the number of cigarettes I have every day but it is extremely difficult. I've been smoking for 43 years. Maybe one day I'll be able to toss it completely away. :)
I live for the good days!
P.S. YouTube is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun!

You sound good !
Sometimes , the best songs just " flow " with no effort , and you listen to them back and say " did I write that ? " WTF ? I wrote one a couple of years ago that did a thousand hits on the internet . I had just bought a new bass guitar , and was getting used to it . I had some of my musician friends over to visit , and it just flowed , a song called " doorsong " for lack of a better name . the song did not exist until we played it for the first time .
Take care
