Not quite 46 but very close, that hoop looks similar in structure and backboard height to a nba hoop. So the very bottom of the padding would be about 9'2, and he's 5'9. so 110 inches - 69 inches is about 41 or 42. so not 46, but more impressive than anything i could put up. Good shit dude.
