I am the founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema Word Restoration Ministries, Carl D. Parrott Ministries and the Reforming Universal Ecclesia Fellowship aka T.R.U.E. Fellowship-all of which have been established in Columbia,South Carolina. A native of Lynchburg, South Carolina, I began answering the Divine calling upon my life at the tender age of seventeen. It was at this time that I developed a burden in my heart for the lost. Since that time, I have been used of God to train leaders and laity to take authority over spiritual forces and walk freely from sin, sickness, poverty, and disease. I have conducted crusades and revivals demonstrating the power of God and being used to cause souls to come unto Christ. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Benedict College, my Masters in Biblical Studies from International College of Religion, and my Doctorate in Divinity from James Dussault University all of Columbia, SC. In addition, I served as a professor at James Dussault University. Carl D. Parrott Ministries was established in September 2001. In the year of 2002, I gave birth to Rhema Word Restoration Ministries with the corporate office located in Columbia, SC. On January 3, 2004, God began to show His unmerited favor, and blessed my holy and ordained union with Lady Camesha L. Parrott. Through our union, we were blessed on February 24, 2005 with beautiful twin girls, Carlin and Cayla. In January 2007, I founded T.R.U.E Fellowship. I function in the Five Fold Ministry in the Body of Christ, with the gifts of the Holy Spirit accompanying my ministry. I am the author of the book entitled "Why Am I Where I Am".
