love harvey, but the point on homeownership and that being in the US DNA. strangely he compares the US rate (68%) to switzerland. this comparison made me do some googling. turns out UK has 69% , france 55%, ireland 77%, Spain 85%, canada 67%. in other words, there's nothing remarkable about the US.

some of it seems promising, but generally speaking Bollywood treatment of plots around cash or such end up with the film getting overstretched and seeming like a struggle to reach that elusive 2hr mark.
