I'm sorry Mr. Goolsbee. Venture capitalists and angels risk their own cash whenever they invest with a Startup, for huge returns.
Startup entrepreneurs such as myself have NO USE for bank loans. We need GRANTS and tax incentives as an Investment.
In reality, the SBA does not serve entrepreneurs...
