With engaging lyrical flows, an energetic stage presence and the ability to captivate an audience, Sean Lypher brings a unique flavour to the Gospel Arena. Known as a member of the Jamaican Hip Hop group, The Sons Of the Prophet (S.O.P), Lypher has decided to launch his solo ministry this year 2010.
Born February 10, 1987, Lypher grew up listening to different genres of music and developed an appreciation for dancehall, reggae, alternative, hip hop and R&B. This is evident in his style of music.
His breakout single "My Season", produced by one of Florida's finest, Stephen Murphy (Murphy Productions), has been receiving massive love and air play in Jamaica as well as the United States. This single indicates potential and promise in this young man's life, and that great things are ahead as long as he stays connected to his main inspiration, Jesus Christ.
Lypher is currently focused on recording other singles, as he seeks to reach the masses for Jesus Christ and to spread the word of God to Jamaica and the world. "To know Him and to make Him known" is Lypher's "edge", as his motivation is to serve the Lord and others. So look out for the young minister, as he blazes tracks and uses his musical talent to spit fire, bring about wholesome entertainment, and nothing but the gospel.
