Until 1965, the youngest captain in the peace time army ever, Mr. Cleveland lays out the decline of "democracy" in America. Disillusioned with the sex, lies, and corruption that went on behind closed doors, he quit the industry and has since gone on to change the constitution in three states. Mr. Cleveland does not support either the Democratic or Republican agenda, but stands for the rights which our founding fathers attempted to bequeath to us in the first American document, the constitution. To that end, he supports any legal and peaceful efforts to secure these rights.
