Actually, you are quite right about that, but I'm using 'House' as the common term to refer to a genre of music, with its various styles throughout time (Detroit) Techno, (Chicago) House, Trance, Rave, EuroHouse, Dance... Back in the days (in Belgium), people did not tend to categorize music into subgenres as much as they do today (at least the styles were not as hybrid as now) . This kind of electronic music was commonly called House, and House was a feeling. With 'The History of House' (name of my channel) I wish to take my visitors back in time, from the late 90s to the early beginnings.
