Resort Bailout Guy is the sole survivor of the Timeshare Secondary Market. His father, TimeTo-Sal, discovered that a nuclear chain reaction was building inside the Timeshare Secondary Market that would soon shatter the entire Timeshare Universe. TimeTo-Sal therefore had his unborn son Ican-Sal removed from the Timeshare Ownership Chambers and affixed the life matrix containing Ican-Sal to an experimental vessel for travel through hyperspace. Timeto-Sal launched the star craft toward Earth just before Timeshare Universe exploded.

Resort Bailout Guy was, in effect, born on Earth when the starcraft landed there. Betty and Eddy Smith found the infant inside the vessel on vacation in Daytona Beach Florida and brought him to their farm in Hartford, Connecticut. Since he appeared entirely human, the Smiths assumed that the baby was a victim of a cruel experiment. At this time the baby had no super powers. The Smiths named the infant Tommy and raised him as their own son.

As Tommy grew older his TimeSharonian body began developing superhuman abilities. When Tommy was eighteen,Eddy took him to Daytona where his StarCraft still lay hidden and explained how he and Betty had found him. Tommy resolved to use his powers from then on only for the good of mankind. After revealing his secret to his childhood friend, Luna Jenson, Tommy left Hartford to further study Earths Vacation Ownership Industry at Resort Bailout.

Tommy initially used his powers covertly to help people and prevent or thwart disasters. Ultimately, he was forced to use his powers in public to prevent the crash of Deeded Vacation Owners into Further Debt and end the Vacation Ownership Industry. Thereafter he and his foster parents devised a new costumed secret identity he would adopt when using his abilities in public. They called his new persona "Resort Bailout Guy," the name given him by Luna Jenson, a Consultant at Resort Bailout who had been aboard the space-plane.

Shortly afterward, Tommy obtained a job as a Consultant for Resort Bailout by turning in his first detailed story about Resort Bailout Guy. He currently enjoys a freelance status with the Bailout Company.

Some time ago Resort Bailout Guy journeyed to another dimensional "pocket universe" that had its own TimeSharonians and Earth. After defeating three TimeSharonians native to that universe that had Scamned the entire population of its Earth, Resort Bailout executed the trio, believing there was no other way to stop them.After Killing the bunch, Resort Bailout Guy exiled himself to space, eventually taken prisoner by the forces of the alien tyrant Timegul. During this time Resort Bailout Guy resolved never to kill again...."

Resort Bailout Guy lives by the traditional moral values instilled in him by his foster parents. Resort Bailout Guy is an idealist, devoted to promoting "truth, justice, and the American way," and has proved over and over that he is a true hero, capable of whatever bravery and self-sacrifice is necessary to right a wrong or save a Vacation owner or non Ownesr Alike.

Now back on earth Resort Bailout Guy spends his time EXCLUSIVELY Focused on his Arch Nemesis UpFronto LisStinG!! This Story takes place now...
