About Our Own Stories in Our Own Voices
An immigrant grassroots organization, American Chinese Culture Associaion (ACCA), in the San Gabriel Valley, California, recently made these videos, with a grant from the California Council for the Humanities.
We want to use these stories to connect with individuals, groups, and communities who have their own stories to tell.
We believe a compelling story can transcend cultural barriers of any kind. And it is in storytelling, we know who we are, where we have been, and what we are becoming.
