When the water jet cuts our plates we have two holes cut at the top and a return channel cut in the plates at the bottom. On the 3 inch plates we swap them and put the holes at the bottom.

We are mass producing the plates with grills welded on for more surface area. We also have made a three cell, 18 plates(total), 2 inch unit, that produces as much as a 3 inch, two cell, 12 plates(total) unit, with both pulling 10 amps. We can easily maintain a flame on a torch. We are currently w...
