The story involves a group of people living in a future where the galaxy has been split into sectors. An element known as "Father" has blasts the human race into a future that has eliminated sickness and has allowed for unbeleivable tech. Other races in the galaxy have hade different reactions to father such as mutation or evolution. A race to gather "Father" has started and war has erupted, but is the fight for Father really worth it? And does this advancement come with a price? Is father alive, and if so what does it want?
