My passion is youth and ensuring that they get the best education possible so that THEY can change the world. I have been an educator for 22 years and am blessed everyday to work with children....they are our hope and our future! I have two amazing children, a son who is 19 and a daughter who is 17. They are my pride and joy! I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, and was transplanted to the US in my teen years. I now call South Florida home, however, I am Jamaican to the core. I love my cultural heritage especially the music and the cuisine of Jamaica. Some of my heroes include Nelson Mandela, Marcus Garvey, Martin Luther King, Mahatma Ghandi, Mother Theresa, BOB MARLEY, Rosa Parks and anyone who stood for equality and social justice through peaceful means (NOT BUSHISM).

I apprecilove people of all races, colors, classes and religions as GOD loves all of HIS children!!!!!! A person should be judged not on the color of their skin, the origin of their existence, but on the CONTENT OF THEIR CHARACTER!!!!!
