@TheYella20 yeah, it was called spell jammer in 2e. with the current itteration(d20) there are dozens of games in the sci-fi setting.

Most of the d20 stuff sucks from a mechanic side but the ideas behind them are pretty cool. I usually just mod it to another system and roll out.
