fertility friend bases taking temps daily around the same time...i take mine within a few hours, it's best to do it at the same time in the am. but temping only tells you after you ovulate..say our temps are day1 97.4 day2 97.8 day3 97.0 day4 98.3 day5 98.5 day6 98.2...it would indicate you ovulated on the day before you have 3 consecutive elevated temps so your oculaton day would be day3...temping will only tell you after yu ovulate...hope this helps
