Spirulina has a lot of B12 and bee pollen has B12 in high amounts.also some vegetables and grains and other plant food has complex with vitamin B, which means traces of B12 will be there still.there is no needs to eat meat to get B12 thanks God.

b12 in spirulina in high volume and also in bee pollen as i found such info in internet, so should not be worries about myth of b12

people, in tv license website saying that you must pay tv license if you watching live tv broadcast.. its scam, because they dont own such invention as live tv broadcast and they dont have patent on this, so they dont have any rights to have any money for such thing as license , this is missle...
