i am a vegetarian and really care about animals so if you buy cosmetics or other stuff you should really first search if they do test on animals, here are a few companies THAT DO TEST ON ANIMALS (that's at least what i read a lot of times while searching on google so i am pretty sure they test on animals):

nars,
biotherm,
bebe,
johnson&johnson,
calvon klein cosmetics,
cover girl,
elizabeth arden,
lancome,
vichy,
cacharel,
loreal,
maybeline,
max factor,
garnier,
herbal essences,
neutrogena,
shiseido,
victor&rolf,...
not every company i wrote does test on animals but most of the time like bebe their "mother" companies in this case johnson&johnson test on animals so if you buy their products the money goes to their "mother" companies.
i would really appreciate if you would avoid these companies.
