@RavenousCrucifix Hellsing does not have copyrgiht on a cloak with many glow eyes. If this rips off Hellsing, then Hellsing rips of AD&D's Cloak of Many Eyes, and I am sure someone else will be able to cite such an items existence from before D&D.
