@CRG1958: Nothing is ever wasted if it's for GOD. Over the years, we can see how some Hollywood Star are blessed but lost themselves tragically while brightest in the limelight---that is clearly what waste is all about.

This budding singer just needed a little mentoring of course as she remains a contestant here but otherwise I believe she made a mark performing this song in terms of beauty, emotions, singing style, movement and all. I love this girl. She could be the next pop star so best of luck! ;)

Sarah admits she's scared to sing with Rachelle---but here, they hit the balance so it's alright. What I like about Sarah is she can sing like Celine while Rachelle can blow like Mariah. Amazing talents in the Philippines!

It can happen to any singer. Let's be more forgiving. Afterall, she was at her best when she won in, not one but two international singing competitions thus bringing honor to the Philippines.

Melody Gersbach is such a vision; she definitely has class. The other two other previous winners just looked regular towering lookers roaming around the mall. Too bad, we've not seen much of Ms. Gersbach who was gone too soon.

I believe there is no full version of this cover; if I'm not mistaken this was part of a medley that she performed live in a concert years back. Had she sang this in full, she could've showcased her belting power, a bonus to her already amazing voice.

Lea Salonga's is wonderful even comfortable with those high notes. She is not a power belter but I know she can; she rarely does though. In fact, before this video, I've seen her blow her voice to the top just once.

This must be Lea Salonga, she sounds it, the vibrato and all. Not all people knew that she does stuff like this. Beautiful! :)

Joy Viado should've taken her singing seriously; she could've been one of the best professional singers around. Not everyone knows she is a champion singer having won the grand prize of a national singing contest in the 90's.

This is how she should've performed during the finals night; a song like this that would've showcased her talent more to the fullest.Too bad because although she was still excellent, her choice of the OPM song simply didn't put her to the advantage.That final song of hers seems not a winning mate...

@myluckyshop: I agree with you here; Jaya and Lovely seemed to have lost some spark on this round. In fact, their previous duet was way smashing than this for a final showdown and so that's when I knew Krizza is it. No regrets, Krizza has that star factor.

The best doesn't always win a competition like this. But since her talent is not so-so because hers is an awesome combo of Mau Marcelo, Bituin Escalante and Jaya so it will definitely bring her somewhere and nowhere but up. :)
