About Me:
I study biology and teach biology in college. At my home I've got a room filled with some scary critters, mostly invertebrates but also a large number of amphibians and reptiles. I've been successfully breeding most of them in captivity. Of a few species I am one of the most successful breeders in my country. Currently I am working on several projects in which I experiment to match natural habitat more closely than is usually done, with the goal to further improve the knowledge on how to keep tropical animals and breed them successfully.
At the university I also lead a project involving terrariums. My expertise is passed on to a group of younger students who want to learn the basics. I've been on several field trips for my education. The most exotic places I've been to were Thailand, Costa Rica and Tanzania. I hope to go to Costa Rica again soon. More recently I've also been to the ardennes a few times to find some rare amphibians, and to the Dutch island Terschelling. I really love my study.
Before I decided to study biology I worked at the Herpetological Centre in The Netherlands, where a lot of animals were imported, both wild caught and captive breed. For my work I visited some of the largest trade shows in Europe quite frequently. I still visit those shows, but not as much as I used to. Studying and teaching takes up too much of my time.
Apart from biology I also love computer related things and, of course, fireworks. My youtube channel I use mostly to present home made videos about firework creations, but also lots of other things. I used to have my own gaming community, but since the game it supported pretty much died out, I was forced to stop after some great years with people of which some became my closest friends.
I miss the good old times, but I am also glad with how my future is coming together.

I love Tiberian Sun. The game in general was amazing, and if EA hadn't rushed production, think of the possibilities. Imagine, TS with garrisonable structures, customizable drop pods, lighting that spots out targets and blinds them. I'd like to see TS updated and enhanced and made the way Westwood originally wanted it to be done.
I'm a big fan of Tiberian Sun. Your remastered versions of the FMVs are really cool, and I'm glad to be of any help.
By the way, I just played Firestorm a little bit last week. Now, I can see that it was indeed cyborgs making those voice-overs.
