We add salt to our water when we are soaking them for cleaning. The salt kills any bugs and they will float to the top.

Your video is great! We just purchase a $100.00 crab peeler that just squashed everything together; that included shells. Your procedure rocks! We have tons of blue crab and it is working wonderfully with them. wish I had saw this before the $100.00 investment.
