Thank you Mark for the very informative talk about , Tsoi Li Ho Fut ga's . There have always been questions in my mind about origin of this art form and many answers all a little different from student to teacher to student . I like this explanation , both how and were it may go from here if it is not taught purely from what little was taught to the first non-family students (first generation masters) . You have bridged a very big gap for me as I just started up again 1 1/2 years ago after 35 years without KFSS . Thanks again for the video sharing it helps clarify the movements and motivation of principal to this art , purely .

Dear sir, Please do not take what I am abou to say the wrong way. I like a lot of the San soo videos I have seen on here. My question is do you really believe you can "catch" a punch? I have had several friends in Taekwondo who were taught this in the self defense portion of thier art. Anyway I punched at the side of thier heads, missing on purpose. None of them ever caught my punch before I could retract it and throw another one. Like I said I do like San Soo. I am not mud slinging on your chosen art. I just don't think that aspect is very realistic. Any feedback you can give me on this would be appreciated. Thank you E. DeWayne Gregg a.k.a. kenpoguy69
