Welcome to a video learning channel for personal transformation, dedicated to the exploration and practical application of truth. My intention is to provide food for thought and inspire/ motivate in the awareness of how to create positive change from within.

My name is Christoph, originally I am from Germany and I am an ongoing student in the School of Hard Knocks, also known as the University of Life.

Every since I was a child I tried to understand the motives behind human behavior as well as the underlying reasons for suffering, conflict, violence, injustice and war, truth, God, love and the meaning of existence.

This quest has lead me through some very difficult and life transforming experiences, all of which have provided me with much significant insight and knowledge.

On January 19, 1991 I left my home in Germany, moved to Kansas and became integrated as husband and father into a whole new culture and ethnicity.

My marriage of 12 years, during which 3 children were born was overshadowed by a great amount of conflict and drama, but also opened me up to a great amount of introspective learning.

In 1993 I came across the whole subject of Self-development, something which was very new to me at the time. I became instantaneously fascinated by the whole idea of working on myself, especially since I was facing some very serious challenges in my own life.


During the following decade I studied hundreds of books, articles and essays on personal development, interpersonal communication, spirituality, psychology and philosophy.

Among those who have inspired me to achieve personal and professional excellence are Dr. Wayne Dwyer, Deepak Chopra, Leo Buscali, John Bradshaw, Erich Fromm, Dale Carnegy, Napoleon Hill, Anthony Robbins, Peter Drucker, Tom Peters, Ken Blenchard and Earl Nightingale.

The product of my ongoing studies is realize2actualize, a very empowering philosophy and practice of life and living, dedicated to the exploration and practical application of (deep) knowledge.
