Hello, I love your videos and they are very helpful but I have a question and I was hoping to get an answer from you, I have a dodge caravan 2003, 6 cylinder and 150k mileage, and I have this problem with the engine lifter it makes a ticking noise a little loud, and I tried to change oil add heavy oil and add locus oil injector and I still seem to have the problem, I had this problem for so many years and Im trying to get rid of it without needing to change the engine but I can't seem to find a way, so please is there any way you can help ? what are your thoughts on it? What do you think the problem is?

Can you tell how does ECU detects misfire ? You have a video with Toyota's engine misfiring. At the end you diagnose leads to bag sparkplug, but at the start you show that there's no MIL light and no error codes in computer.
So what makes computer "think" there's no misfire, and what makes it think other way ?
